If you don’t hear the pronunciation (sound), it’s likely the app couldn't load the sound files from our servers.
Please, make sure you have a working internet connection and Pronunciation is switched on in the Settings of Drops.
Once you’ve verified your internet connect, close the Drops app, then open it again.
The sounds should automatically begin downloading.
If you still can't hear the pronunciation, please log in to the Drops app (with email, Google or Facebook in the app's Profile menu) to save your progress first, then try to delete the app and re-install it.
If your location is in China, please try to use a VPN.
